Considerations Before Booking

Please note its an old building and the gong space is down some stairs which for some people may not be accessible.

❌ First Trimester of Pregnancy: Sound therapy is lovely later on, but as a gentle precaution, it is advise avoiding deep vibrational experiences during the very first trimester.

❌ Under the Influence: To fully benefit from the session and maintain a respectful space for everyone, we ask that all participants attend with a clear, grounded presence (free from alcohol or recreational drugs).

❌ Pacemakers or Implanted Devices: The powerful, resonant vibrations from instruments like gongs might interfere with certain medical devices.

❌ Sound-Induced Seizures: To keep you safe. Specific frequencies or overlapping tones could potentially trigger a seizure in very sensitive individuals.

❌ Serious Mental Health Conditions: Deep relaxation can shift states of consciousness. If you have a condition like schizophrenia or psychosis, please consult your mental health professional first to ensure stability.

❌ Sound Sensitivity/Distress: If loud sounds or strong vibrations typically cause you pain or distress (common with hyperacusis or PTSD), the sounds may feel overstimulating.
